2014 South African Triathlon Champion Richard Murray & Coach Lindsey Parry

This past weekend saw another successful South African Triathlon Championships in East London and on Tri Talk SA we chat to :The 2014 South African Triathlon Champion Richard Murray. The win is the first for Richard at senior level and he tells us about the win as well as where he thinks the level of triathlon is in South Africa is right now. Stacey Rehbock Third Time’s a Charm and Eleven Global Cape Town with Ryan Landy

Megan Cunnama, Bonita Suckling & Lusapho April’s Ironman 70.3 Experience

Post Ironman 70.3 Buffalo City week and some amazing stories are starting to emerge following the race. Tri Talk SA was there and we would like to say thanks to everyone who came and said hi or dished out a high five on the run. Pieter du Preez – From Supa Piet to Iron Piet (Tri Talk SA Episode 23)

We are two weeks into the brand new year and just less than two weeks away from Ironman 70.3 in East London This week on Tri Talk SA we bring you some motivation. Supa Piet takes on Ironman Western Australia & Ryan Habib talks Triathlon

There are only a few days to go until Ironman Western Australia. This week on Tri Talk SA we chat to one of the athletes taking part and we also caught up with a recent Tri Talker of the week. ITU Add Cape Town to 2014 World Series,First Ascent Tri Suits & Gaelyn Cokayne’s
