Tunicia Jegels on climate change

According to the United Nations, Africa is the continent most vulnerable to the impacts of climate change, even though the continent only accounts for less than 4% of the global total of carbon emissions. Delegates at the Cop25 Climate Change talks currently underway in Madrid, Spain have heard how the continue is already experiencing decreased food production, floods and inundation of its coastal zones and deltas due to rises in temperature.
