A Man Who Is Not A Man was long-listed for the International IMPAC Dublin Literary Award, and was partially adapted into a short film, Ibhokhwe (The Goat), which won the Best Short Film and Best Director of a Short Film awards at the Independent Mzansi Short Film Festival, 2014. His most recent novel, Unimportance, was published in 2014 and is presently enjoying critical acclaim.
