With strict social distancing and hygiene protocols in place, the Sibaya Casino and Entertainment Kingdom opened its doors to customers this Tuesday, however only to MVG card holders. This decision follows an announcement made by the Minister of Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs or COGTA, Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma, which stated the amendments to the lockdown regulations.
