Brent Loucks On Demand - September 17 - Mark Arcand

A pilot project to address downtown Saskatoon mental health, addictions and housing issues has been unanimously approved by city council. The city and provincial government are each kicking in $100,000. The actual initiative will be led by the Saskatoon Tribal Council with a "for Indigenous, by Indigenous" model. We hear from Chief of the Saskatoon Tribal Council Mark Arcand about the pilot project.
