GORMLEY - DWIGHT NEWMAN - SEPTEMBER 23

This morning marks the second and final day of arguments as the Supreme Court of Canada hears the constitutional challenge against Ottawa's carbon tax, a day many in Saskatchewan - including our provincial government and those in our agricultural sector - have been waiting for since the tax was first announced. Dwight Newman is one of Canada's leading experts on constitutional law, and he joins Gormley to go over the first day of arguments, what the court will hear today, and what's at stake during this case.
