On Wednesday, the OFM Business Hour, spoke to Dov Girnun, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and founder of Merchant Capital regarding what cash-flow lending is. Girnun says unlike a typical loan which has a fixed payment schedule, a cash-flow lending product fluctuates directly in line with how a business trades. He argues that this is what makes this funding model ideal for businesses that couldn’t trade during hard lockdowns.
