This year marks 31 years since the First Pride Parade in South Africa , Nana Mwene host of 'That Lunch Show' speaks to Nkanyiso Madlala a clinical psychologist and Affirmative Therapist to talk about challenges facing the LGBTQIA+ community in South Africa.

Nkanyiso explains that many people assume that this community only consist of gay or lesbian individuals, but in reality, it is a very diverse community.
