Mental health is an issue so rife in our communities but today, still we hear prejudiced and mocking statements from society. Christians have not been exempted, just like anybody can get cancer, high blood pressure, an accident or even mugged, Christians too can get mentally ill.
The illness does not mean you are not Christian enough, that you do not fast or pray hard enough or that God does not hear you.
