Consensus reached by ministers in government committee and trucking stakeholders 

Following a series of talks between the government and the road freight industry, an agreement was reached on Monday. An action plan aimed at addressing challenges facing the industry was adopted. Among the main challenges the industry faces is the hiring of foreign truck drivers. The adoption of the action plan follows recent blockades of the N3 by disgruntled truck drivers.
