People of Note - Bill Nasson

On People of Note this week, Rodney Trudgeon will be talking to one of the three editors of a major new book called New History of South Africa. Since the last illustrated history of South Africa was published, far-reaching changes have affected not only the country, but the writing of history itself. In this new volume, 31 leading south African writers share fresh insights and new approaches to the story of this country. The three editors are Herman Giliomee, Bernard K Mbenga and Bill Nasson. Rodney Trudgeon spoke to Bill Nasson about the huge undertaking that resulted in this magnificent book.
