Annually, the Department of Water and Sanitation embarks on its Clear Rivers campaign to encourage South Africans to clean up rivers and water ecosystems as part of their 67 minutes during Mandela Month. Sputnik Ratau from the Department of Water and Sanitation joined the Breakfast team to elaborate.
