The Black Management Forum (BMF) is of the view that the Jagersfontein disaster has proven the importance of proper managerial leadership in organisations. The town was flooded with mud after a mine dam burst - affected more than 200 residents. OFM News’ Tshehla Koteli had a conversation with BMF’s chairperson in the Free State, Mosebetsi Dhladhla to hear more on their thoughts on the disaster.
