Adapting to 5IR requires a ‘softening of the attitudes’

Adapting to the Fifth Industrial Revolution (5IR) will require a softening of attitudes by organisations. This is according to Chris VanderWalt, the founder and Managing Director of Sapiens@work who explained to the OFM Business Hour that the 5IR marks a development of a symbiotic relationship between technology, data, artificial intelligence and human beings. VanderWalt says the 5IR will move the pendulum back to human beings in organisations and in workplaces.
