In a country plagued by unemployment, millions of girls do not have access to quality sanitary pads and as a result, miss 3 to 5 days of school a month, which is almost 25% of their entire school year. Palesa Pads founder and CEO Shérie de Wet is on a mission to change that - across South Africa.
