Verder vertel Ria ook hoe die organisasie ontstaan het, oor die jare gegroei het en wat van hul dienste is wat gelewer word in die Vrystaat. Sy noem ook wat van hul behoeftes is en hoe die publiek betrokke kan raak.

Op 13 September 2023 het Vrystaat-Versorging in Aksie hul 31ste kongres gehou en terselfdertyd die organisasie se 115de bestaansjaar herdenk. Wat ‘n ongelooflike mylpaal.
