Respected FS cardiothoracic expresses concern over contentious NHI Bill

Revered Free State Cardiothoracic Surgeon Dr Johann (Joe) Pretorius shares his views on the National Health Insurance (NHI) Bill on the OFM Business Hour, after he wrote a scathing letter in the Sunday Times directed at the national health department. Dr Pretorius says the bill is unfeasible, especially when taking into account the failure of state owned entites owing to mismanagement and corruption.
