That 80s Show meets Dr Phil Joffe from Body Beat

You wake up in the late '80s or early '90s - you hear some shuffling in your parents' bedroom... thankfully they're just getting into some Body Beat.

It was the exercise sensation of our childhoods with the soundtrack that has burrowed into our brains, and the man behind it all was Dr Phil Joffe.

We got hold of the doc to find out the story behind the lycra, how there was a link between the show and Marilyn Monroe, scone hunting in Upington, and how he's still keeping people fit today!
