A 14 year old pupil will soon be able to hear every word in class, thanks to the generosity of HOT1027 listeners.

Duncan has been battling with his hearing since he was 5 months old and he’s had over 20 operations already.

He suffers from a condition called "cholesteatoma" , which has lead to serious hearing loss.
