Vinkie van der Westhuizen, is a Khomani San Bushman lady from the heartbeat of the Kalahari. She started Tour guiding in 2004 .
Her forefathers were the first people who lived in the Southern Africa 120000 years ago. Also known as hunter gatherers and their survival techniques.
She takes her guests on guided tours, Tracking, sundowners on a high red dune or on an open pan where an old bushman telling old stories and their connection with the stars, traditional dancing and traditional food.
UPT Youth Development T/A Masakhane arts centre is a none profit company and a youth arts group based in ZFM District in the Northern Cape with a respectable reputation focusing mainly on developing Arts, culture, Tourism and craft. We are an award-winning company, we won best content for TV in the Northern cape and best stage production. We continue to support the performance of arts in the province and community innovated, professional acts in drama, acting for tv, filming, dancing, poetry, music, bicycle riding. We have host 2 annually festival in Upington and will be performing in Ghana on the 15 and 16 December 2023.
