Theo Rabe, groephoof- uitvoerende beampte van NWK sluit by Yolanda Maartens aan en kyk terug na 19 jaar by NWK, hy het in tydens moeilike tye dinge omgedraai toe van NWK se sakesegmente nie meer winsgewend gefunksioneer het nie en produsente self gesukkel het met uitdagings soos droogte. Hy deel ook wat hom sal bybly as hoogtepunte tydens sy loopbaan by NWK. Verder is NWK die grootste werkverskaffer in Lichtenburg en as’t ware ‘n steunpilaar in die gemeenskap deurdat hulle betrokke is by verskeie opheffingsprojekte onder die jeug, grondpaaie skraap en slaggate herstel. Hy vertel ook hoekom dit vir NWK belangrik is om so aktief by hul gemeenskap betrokke te wees.
