We're less than two weeks away from crucial elections and there is no doubt that the economy is front and centre in taxpayers minds.

Our official unemployment rate is now at 32.9 percent and South Africa's economy is projected to grow this year at a paltry one percent.

We also have another problem, concerned citizens increasingly placing their money offshore, or simply quitting the country and taking it with them.
