the 1970s, much effort went into studies of weather modification.

rainfall, Russian scientists offered fabulous schemes of planetary
engineering, and military agencies secretly explored "climatological warfare." In today’s conversation, we will learn
what this is all about and what the ethical considerations and
implications might be.
