Cybersecurity Expert on how to make our devices safer from fraudsters

In light of the recent incident with Shashi Naidoo and her bank accounts being emptied after her phone was stolen, Carol Ofori decided to speak to a cybersecurity expert to find out firstly, how the thieves managed to get into her banking apps and also how we can protect ourselves and prevent the same thing happening to us.
