Watch out for "catfishing" this Valentine's Day

As we mark Valentine's Day, South Africans are being warned to be vigilant with cyber-scammers on the prowl.

Experts say there’s an increase in catfishing around the world this time of year, as many use dating apps and other forums to connect with people virtually.

And it’s happening here in South Africa on a regular basis.
