MasterChef winner shares expert Indian food tips

The judges on 'MasterChef South Africa' kept telling Kamini Pather to "put yourself on the plate" – it's advice she still follows to this day. Fast-forward through a few media awards some spectacular campaigns and Pather found herself spending the COVID-19 lockdown in Durban with her family.

This is when she created a short eBook called 'Eat Glocal', which was shortlisted for a 'Gourmand Award', and precipitated the need to publish an actual cookbook – 'All Dahl’d Up'.
