Steve Brookes, CEO and founder of JSE-listed Balwin Properties, says plans are being finalised for a new 220-key Radisson Red hotel at Munyaka Waterfall. Plus, a hotel, hospital and community shopping centre are planned for its Mooikloof Mega City development in Tshwane.
