Ahead of Remembrance Day, guest host Brent Loucks speaks with former Saskatoon resident, Eric Story, adjunct history professor at Wilfred Laurier University, to hear the story of two war amputees who attempted to hike across Canada for disability rights in 1923 and stopped in various Saskatchewan cities along the way.

An initiative to recognize the honourable service of Canadian veterans is soon to be presented to Parliament. Petition E-6661 is calling for the establishment of a Canadian Independent Military Honours Review Board. Ed Staniowski, a former Canadian Armed Forces member and former NHL player, joins Evan to discuss what this initiative means for veterans.
