Could a new pipeline change Canada's future?

As Canada looks for new ways to strengthen its economy and reduce its dependence on the United States, one idea gaining attention is the creation of new east-west pipelines. Alberta and Ontario's premiers are proposing a pipeline to carry western Canada's oil to the east.
