Release yourself from the Sin of Pride with Hypnotherapy

Release yourself from the Sin of Pride with Hypnotherapy. The sin of pride, a cornerstone of the seven deadly sins, is characterized by an excessive self-love, a desire to be seen as superior, and a lack of recognition for God’s gifts. It involves valuing oneself more than one should and ignoring the blessings bestowed upon one by God.

Pride can manifest as arrogance, a refusal to admit mistakes, and a disregard for others.

Here’s a hypnotherapy script to help overcome the sin of pride: Let us get started.

Induction

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth. Allow yourself to relax, feeling the weight of your worries and concerns slowly lifting off your shoulders. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel your body relax further.

Imagine yourself in a peaceful, serene environment, where you feel completely safe and at ease. This is your sanctuary, where you can let go of all tension and stress.

As you breathe in, repeat the phrase ‘I let go’ to yourself, allowing any remaining tension to release.

As you exhale, repeat ‘I relax,’ feeling your body surrender to the calmness.

Now, imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your body, starting from the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light travels through your body, it dissolves any remaining resistance, allowing you to fully surrender to the present moment.”

Deepening

“As you continue to breathe deeply, feeling more relaxed with each passing moment, I want you to imagine a staircase before you.

This staircase represents your journey into your subconscious mind.

Take a step down, feeling yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more centered with each step.

As you descend, repeat the phrase ‘I let go’ to yourself, releasing any thoughts or worries that no longer serve you.

Take another step down, feeling yourself becoming more open, more receptive, and more connected to your inner self.

As you breathe in, repeat ‘I trust,’ trusting that your subconscious mind will guide you towards growth and self-awareness.

Take one final step down, feeling yourself fully immersed in your subconscious mind. You are now ready to confront and overcome the sin of pride.”

Confronting Pride

“Imagine a mirror before you, reflecting your inner self. Look deeply into the mirror, and acknowledge the presence of pride within you. See how it manifests in your thoughts, words, and actions.

Notice how pride makes you feel: perhaps it’s a sense of superiority, a need to be right, or a desire for recognition. Allow yourself to fully feel these emotions, without judgment or resistance.

Now, I want you to imagine a gentle, loving light surrounding the mirror. This light represents your higher self, guiding you towards humility and self-awareness.

As you breathe in, repeat the phrase ‘I acknowledge,’ acknowledging the presence of pride within you.

As you exhale, repeat ‘I release,’ releasing the need for pride and ego validation.

Imagine the mirror before you beginning to fade, symbolizing the dissipation of pride’s hold on you. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more humble, more open, and more receptive to growth and feedback.”

Reframing

“Imagine a new mirror before you, reflecting your true self. See yourself as a work in progress, a beautiful and unique individual deserving of love, respect, and compassion.

Notice how you feel: perhaps it’s a sense of freedom, a sense of connection to others, or a sense of inner peace. Allow yourself to fully embody these emotions, feeling them resonate deep within your being.

As you breathe in, repeat the phrase ‘I am enough,’ embracing your worthiness and deservingness of love and respect.

As you exhale, repeat ‘I grow,’ acknowledging your capacity for growth, learning, and self-improvement.......
