A higher education expert says he has low expectations of President Jacob Zuma's State of the Nation Address, specifically as regards this sector.
Zuma will address the nation in Parliament from 19:00 tonight.
Professor Ian Scott from the Centre for Higher Education Development believes Zuma will mainly seek to ease fears and reassure the country that the situation is being handled.
