DA's hopes for FS state of the province

As Free State municipalities face a water and electricity crisis, all eyes will be on Free State Premier, Ace Magashule, who will deliver his State of the Province Address (SOPA) in Bloemfontein today. The speech is expected to set the tone for provincial departments in the new financial year and the upcoming elections. DA leader in the Free State Legislature, Roy Jankielsohn, says the current drought should be the focus of Magashule's speech, as it is the biggest crisis facing the province.
