The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) told the High Court in Pretoria that the court cannot reinstate corruption charges against President Jacob Zuma, it can only find not prosecuting him earlier unlawful.

The NPA yesterday started making their case in the Democratic Alliance's application to review the 2009 decision by then National Director of Public Prosecutions, Mokotedi Mpshe to drop the corruption, racketeering and fraud charges against Zuma.

Maryke Vermaak reports that the case resumes today.
