IEC confident ahead of municipal elections despite Concourt case

The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) is confident it’s ready for the municipal elections in four month’s time, despite a pending Constitutional Court ruling that could impact proceedings.

President Jacob Zuma on Wednesday yesterday announced that the local government elections will be held on 3 August, as Maryke Vermaak reports.
