Husband gets 18 years imprisonment for killing sisters

A 45-year-old man was has been sentenced to 18 years imprisonment for killing his wife and sister-in-law at their home in Bluegumsbosch, Qwaqwa.

Joel Sello stabbed his wife in the chest and stomach after the pair had an argument.

Free State police spokesperson Mmako Mophiring says his sister-in-law was also stabbed to death after she tried to intervene in April last year. He then set the couple's RDP house alight.
