OFM News' agri editor Sabrina Dean spoke to Dr Gerhard Verdoorn after he facilitated a panel discussion at Agri SA's Congress last week on threats to agricultural land. Verdoorn explains that although South Africa has some fantastic legislation, enforcement is a big problem.
