People of Note - Selim Kagee

Loading player...
This week is a singer who has been described as part Bocelli with a smidgen of Groban and perhaps a slice of Pavarotti and Buble! He is Selim Kagee who has put his inimitable signature on a sound the world seems to love. Trained as a classical singer and blessed with matinee idol good looks, Selim Kagee was recently signed to the famous EMI international label and his debut album “Cry For Love” has proved hugely popular and he has appeared in leading roles in many musical theatre productions.
His new show with full orchestra and a small ensemble of Indian musicians takes place at Artscape on the 29th and 30th October.
