Rodney Trudgeon's guest is the actress Michelle Botha who plays the lead role in a new production at Pieter Toerien’s Theatre On The Bay called My Fat Friend. The play was a London and Broadway hit and involves a woman who owns a successful bookshop in London and who guzzles chocolate and comfort food to alleviate her boring life not realising that there is a handsome young man who secretly loves her. Michelle has had an exciting career on stage and on TV and she’ll talk about her character in this play and also about her projects that involve muppets and education for youngsters.
