Free State DA to elect new leadership

The Democratic Alliance in the Free State will today be electing its new provincial leadership. The elective congress held in Thaba Nchu will see long standing DA members and current provincial leader Patricia Kopane contesting for a new term. According to the DA’s Patricia Kopane these elections are a stepping stone into preparations for the 2019 general elections. She says the elections are important because the party remains a hope for the people in the province and the entire country. Kopane adds that it is highly important to have dedicated people in leadership positions. People who can move the party forward and provide service to the people. - Katleho Morapela
