Phoenix shooting: Man hands himself over to police

A Durban man has handed himself over to police after allegedly shooting his ex-girlfriend during an apparent domestic quarrel. VIP Medical and Rescue's Anneline Hansraj says they were alerted to the shooting by neighbours.
