The police in the Free State have confirmed that a 35-year-old woman was allegedly murdered by a 37-year-old inmate at the Goedemoed correctional facility in the province.
Spokesperson Sam Makhele told OFM News that this incident occurred Friday around 15:30, when two female officials found themselves held hostage by the inmate in a prison cell.
