ANC dismisses new book against Magashule

The ANC has went on the offensive, claiming a new book by award winning investigative journalist, Pieter Louise Myburgh is fake news and a propagandist ploy to compromise the party’s image ahead of the general elections on the 8th of May. The party’s spokesperson, Dakota Legoete, rubbished Myburgh’s book, which was released over the week, as nothing but a coordinated, media attack on the Secretary General, Ace Magashule. This, after Myburgh over the weekend released his book titled “Gangster State: Unravelling Ace Magashule’s Web of Capture”, wherein he examines Magashule’s struggle credentials from his time as a political activist in the 1980s and zooms in on his rise to power as the Premier of the Free State to his position now as the ruling party’s Secretary General. Myburgh, who spoke to OFM News, said he finds these comments against his book contradictory and interesting.
