People of Note - Marius Coetzee

In this week’s edition of People of Note, the focus will be on music in Bloemfontein and, more specifically, the exciting activities at the music school of the Free State University. Rodney Trudgeon’s guest will be MARIUS COETZEE who wears many hats but who is also the founder and Artistic Director of the OSM Camerata, a group of young musicians who have garnered many awards both locally and internationally. The orchestra serves as a feasible incubator to help nurture fully rounded musicians who are then thoroughly prepared for the demands of their trade as orchestral musicians, soloists and conductors.
