Are you really christian if you commit suicide?

Suicide is often a consequence of depression, can a Christian be depressed, or you are not really saved/committed if you are depressed? If God is sovereign and all powerful, why would he allow His child to commit suicide? Is suicide spitting in God's face & the unforgivable sin- a statement of your beliefs that is tantamount to blaspheming the Holy Spirit and rejecting Jesus? Does a Christian who has committed suicide go to heaven? Does the reason for suicide matter, whether it's intentional or a lapse in judgement? Have a listen and join the conversation
