Its been four years since the Mavi Marmara freedom flotilla was raided by Israeli naval commanders in international waters and it seemed like there really would be no light at the end of the tunnel for this unresolved legal battle against the israeli military.  But then on Monday, a Turkish court ordered the arrest of four Israeli officials involved in the attack. Aboard the ship was SA journalist, Gadija Davids who, upon her return to South Africa, teamed up with attorney, Ziyaad E Patel to lodge a case of war crimes against the Israeli military.
