Often times, many couples assume that adopting a baby at birth or at a very young age is the best time to adopt. While this is acceptable, Justin Foxton from The Baby Home and The Peace Agency tells Keri that adopting toddlers is encouraged. "We need to rejig our thinking slightly and certainly the two, three, four, five-year old children are desperately in need of homes," he says.
