Golden Arrow unveils a safety plan to deal with robberies on busses

Following last week’s interview with COSATU in the Western Cape around the safety of commuters using Golden Arrow, we said we would endeavour to get the bus service to address some of these concerns. Things took a turn last week when the Ukubavimba Foundation, a social justice organisation, lodged an official complaint with the SA Human Rights Commission against Golden Arrow, on behalf of all victims who have been robbed while boarding their buses.
