Will the MJC succeed with a SUBOKA-DFSG Koestas mediation?

A mediation process to settle a dispute over waqf land in Bo Kaap called the Koestas has reached a stalemate as both parties still refuse to come to the table. The mediation is being conducted by the MJC between the Darul Falah Study group and Sustainable Bokaap after the land was illegally occupied by SUBOKA for the purposes of a food garden. The land is owned by the Darul Falah Study group and is meant for the purpose of an Islamic institution.
