In Tri Talk SA this week Brad managed to catch up with South African Triathlon Olympian Richard Murray while he is on the European ITU circuit. They chatted about the insane Kitsbuhel and this weekend’s Hamburg race. Richard also gave some awesome tips on how to make the step up as an age grouper and had some wise words for beginner triathletes.
