Matseleng Mogodi founded Snooks Estates in September 1997, the 51 year old businesswoman who is a also a former school educator by profession, cut her teeth within the construction sector first before moving into real estate, as she worked during the weekends as well as after work during her time as an educator at her late father’s business at the time as an office assistant which then led her to form Snooks Estates as an outlet to sell the houses being built by her father’s business Snooks Construction at the time, after which she went to acquire knowledge on the industry.
