Agri Hour: 28 October, Zandisile Luphahla

A two-day locust control conference is currently underway in Upington in the Northern Cape where plans are being made in anticipation of another outbreak of brown locusts in central South Africa. This conference comes after sightings of brown locusts were previously reported in the Northern Cape as well as the Free State, among other provinces.
